Production support lead

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end production support for telecom applications.
• Troubleshoot high severity issues, perform RCA, and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Improve monitoring, automation, and incident response processes.

Required Skills
• Strong telecom domain knowledge (especially cable modem provisioning/activation).
• Hands on expertise in Python, SQL, and debugging application issues.
• Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Solid experience with EKS/Kubernetes and debugging pods/logs.
• Proficiency with Datadog (APM, logs, metrics, dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs and microservices.
