We are looking for a of IAM resource with 0-1 years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts
Basic Requirements
Educational Qualification: Pursuing or completed B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Any prior training, certification, or coursework in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems, and security tools is desirable.
Attitude: Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the cybersecurity team in monitoring network traffic for suspicious activity.
Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing efforts.
Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
Participate in incident response and investigation processes.
Assist with the documentation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
Provide support in the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
Understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
Exposure to cybersecurity labs or simulations
Behavioral / Team skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern)
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
