Profile: Sr. R&D Chemist-Dyes and Chemicals-Surat-9 LPA

Experience: 

10-15 years
(Preferred: Dyes / Textile Chemicals / Chemical Manufacturing Industry)

Salary Range: 65k to 75k

Roles: 

1. Research & Product Development

• Lead development of new dyes, formulations, and chemical processes
• Improve existing products for performance and cost efficiency
• Conduct laboratory experiments and scale-up trials

2. Process Development & Optimization

• Support manufacturing through process improvement
• Troubleshoot production and technical issues
• Evaluate raw materials and alternative technologies

3. Team & Project Management

• Manage and prioritize R&D projects
• Lead and supervise R&D team members
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement culture

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with REACH, ISO, and chemical regulations
• Maintain technical documentation and safety standards

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with production, QC, sales, procurement, and dispatch teams
• Provide technical support for customer requirements and applications

6. Innovation & Business Growth

• Monitor industry trends, patents, and competitor technologies
• Develop differentiated products to improve market positioning

Qualification: 

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
• PhD / MS in Organic Chemistry - Preferred
• Specialization in Dye Chemistry is an advantage
