About The Job:
- Strong understanding of basic Controlling concepts including cost flow, value flow, and integration with Financial Accounting (FI).
- Solid knowledge of CO Organization Structure — Controlling Area, Operating Concern, Company Code assignment, currency settings, and fiscal year variants.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on configuration experience in:
- Cost Element Accounting (CO-CEA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA / New GL PCA)
- Product Costing (CO-PC) — including standard costing, actual costing, WIP, variance, and settlement
- Margin Analysis / Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) — costing-based and account-based
- Material Ledger (ML) — actual costing, parallel valuation, and price analysis
- Experience with integration points between CO and FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Familiarity with period-end close, allocations, assessments, distributions, and settlement processes.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Controlling (Universal Journal, Margin Analysis) is highly desirable.
