Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Drive Agile adoption, transformation, and maturity across teams and the broader organization
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset
• Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery timelines and team productivity
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and expectation management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and integration points
• Define, monitor, and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.) to drive continuous improvement
• Enable and implement scalable Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) across large and complex programs
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, delivery standards, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
• Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters and contribute to organizational Agile capability building

Experience
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Scrum Master / Agile leadership roles
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in large-scale, complex delivery environments
• Demonstrated experience in Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Strong experience in client/stakeholder engagement, including executive-level interactions
• Hands-on experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Practical exposure to Agile tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
