About The Client:

About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Device Migration SME to assist with migration execution, governance, and user adoption of M365 platform. Candidate will also need skills in supporting migrated users, post-migration.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for end-user device migrations (re-build/re-load and device re-homing from one domain to another).
- Design and execute migration strategies ensuring minimal business disruption, proper metadata mapping, and secure content handling.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Quest for device migrations.
- Understand pre-migration analysis, content inventory, and assessment to identify which migration profile is to be utilized. Follow FAQ and QRG documents and instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, sync errors, and permission conflicts.
- Update documentation, instructions, and post-migration support materials, as needed.
- Shift in IST : US Shift (exact time will let know)
- Total Exp - 8 to 10 years
- Relevant Exp - 5+ years of hands-on experience with device migrations and/or client support services.

- Quest OnDemand Migration (ODM)
- ShareGate
- PowerShell scripting for migration and automation
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- DNS, SMTP, email routing
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with device migrations and/or client support services.
- Proven experience in executing large-scale migrations.
- Experience with identity and authentication (Azure AD), including user mapping and group synchronization.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-300, MS-700, or MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator).
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, or with device/domain re-homing.
- Exposure to user adoption strategies, change management practices, and training delivery.
