Job Summary\nThe Salesforce Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (planning, design, build, test, deploy, and support)\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during Salesforce projects\nTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions\nLead and mentor Salesforce administrators\nManage implementation timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards\nOversee data migration, integrations, and system testing\nCoordinate with third-party and internal vendors\nSupport user adoption through training, documentation, and change management\nDrive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions post-launch\n\nRequirements\n\n7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant\nSalesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred\nExperience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions\nStrong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required\nProficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform features.
Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies\nStrong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.\nAttention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.\nLearning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly.
