Spearhead fulfillment center operations for Flipkart. – Specialized warehouses occupying a space of 3-4 Lac square feet.\nDefine track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for a given region.\nBuild a culture of ownership and empowerment in FCs in that region.\nAccountable for Inventory and related asset management for the region.\nResponsible for Ope-rationalization of New fulfillment centers in the region.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in the FCs in close coordination within the central FC OD team.\nWork closely with Logistics and Retail teams in reviewing and optimization of the distribution network in his region.\nWork closely with central teams for design of org structure with respect to the regional fulfillment center.\nDrive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the warehouses in his region.\nCost effective fulfillment/Warehousing in the region.\nPNL accountability of Warehouse in the region.\nDevelop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals.\nRegular Kaizen, other improvements on a monthly basis.\nMaintain 5 ‘S’ and the LEAN system of the company.\n\nTo apply please fill the below form\nhttps://forms.gle/nwdcAZdrQtWHoXVN6\n\nSend resume to below Mail ID:
