Backed by strong R&D and advanced manufacturing, we deliver trusted solutions across therapy areas worldwide, as well as cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals in select markets.\n\nDesignation: AGM-Accounts(MIS & FA)\nExperience: 4-7 years in Pharma sector.\nQualification: CA qualified\nLocation: Corporate Office- Govandi East, Mumbai\nWorking Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Saturday off, 1st,3rd and 5th Saturday operational)\n\nRole Objective\nTo lead the monthly closure of Books of Accounts, manage Fixed Assets capitalization, and\noversee the financial operations of US subsidiaries (Indicus Pharma & USV North America).\nThe role is pivotal in ensuring accurate P&L reporting, margin analysis, and providing strategic\nfinancial presentations to internal stakeholders and the Board.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n%CF; Strong Experience in various MIS related to Accounts and Finance\n%CF; Fixed Assets Management: Manage capitalization of projects, review Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP), and lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing and payment terms.\n%CF; Financial Closing & MIS: Lead monthly closure of Books of Accounts and prepare monthly P&L accounts and presentation decks.\n%CF; Strategic Reporting: Prepare quarterly Horizon-Margin Analysis and Board Meeting\nPresentation Decks.\n%CF; Audit & Compliance: Address queries from Internal and Statutory auditors; ensure\ncompliance with Foreign Travel policies and account for foreign tour expenses.\n%CF; US Subsidiary Oversight: Manage books of accounts and quarterly closing for Indicus\nPharma and USV North America.\n%CF; Operations & Collections: Follow up with customers for payments, track collections, and\nliaison with partners for profit-share reviews.\n%CF; Global Coordination: Coordinate with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, International\nMarketing, and Logistics teams for business operations and fee payments.\n%CF; Treasury & Advances: Manage vendor payments and investments (approved by NA\nChairman) and track/recover overdue forex advances.\n\nProfessional Experience and Relevant Skills\n%CF; Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience specifically within the Pharmaceutical\nIndustry.\n%CF; Technical Expertise: Well-conversant with SAP ECC/HANA.\n%CF; Skills: Highly proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations with complex charts,\ndiagrams, and Interactive Dashboards.\n\nAcademic Qualifications & Certifications\n%CF; Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
