Sr Workday Platform Developer.

Job Role :

The Senior Workday Integration developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and

maintaining workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow, system connectivity, and data

integrity across all IT platforms. You are joining the Workday Platform team during period of HR

Transformation initiative and will play a key role in the HR transformation journey.

You will:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations, including PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core

Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity platform, Time Keeping, Travel and Expense,

Procurement, and other IT teams to gather data requirements and design integration solutions.

Perform impact analysis, regression testing during Workday and other integrated application

upgrades.

Adhere to Workday Security, compliance and best practices while maintaining data integrity.

Collaborate with Workday implementation partners, AMS Support team

and Workday product team.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Integration design documents,

process workflows.

Stay current with Workday integration updates and releases, evaluating new features and

recommending optimizations to existing integrations.

Profile :

5+ years of experience as Workday integration developer with experience in Workday PECI,

Core Connector, Studio, Web Services, XML/XSLT transformation.

Experience with Workday reporting, Workday security configuration.

Understanding of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent development, compensation

modules.

Experience with implementing payroll integrations using PECI template.

Strong Analytical and problem-solving Skills with ability to debug complex integration issues.

Excellent communication skills with ability to Work effectively with business and IT technical

teams.

Experience working with Data privacy regulations, IT Sox compliance and audit processes.

Experience in leading junior integration developers and third-party implementation teams.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Deep experience working within and contributing to Integration systems that consistently

scale across platforms.
