CTC Upto 25 LPA\nExp 5 + Yrs\nLocation Ahmedabad\nFace to Face Interview Mandatory\n\nJob Description\n\nLead end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliation, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness.\nFinalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts as per statutory and internal timelines.\nPrepare MIS reports, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis for management review.\nEnsure 100% compliance with all applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and handle return filings.\nCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory and internal audits.\nSupervise invoicing, credit note processing, and payment cycles for distributors, e-commerce platforms, and vendors.\nMaintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems.\nManage a team of accountants and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and procurement teams.\nOptimize working capital, monitor collections, and flag risks proactively.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualified Chartered Accountant\n5+ years of relevant experience in handling accounts in a consumer products, pharma, or D2C setup\nStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory norms\nProficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / or similar accounting systems\nExcellent command over Excel, reconciliation, and reporting tools\nLeadership capability to manage junior accountants and external consultants\nStrong eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and integrity\n\nMust haves:\nCA quailfied\n5+ yrs min\nZoho books experience\nTeam handling experience\nIndustry - D2C/Pharma/FMCG/FMCD
