Job Location : Bangalore / Coimbatore\nResponsibilities -\nPortfolio Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations, ensuring they meet organizational standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.\nTeam Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Implementation Leads and Administrators.\nFoster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.\nStrategic Road mapping: Collaborate with senior leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with the broader company vision and long-term digital transformation goals.\nProject Governance: Define and enforce implementation methodologies (Agile/Scrum), documentation standards, and QA protocols across all projects.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as a point of escalation for project risks. Manage relationships with external\nSalesforce partners and third-party vendors to ensure accountability.\nResource Planning: Forecast staffing needs and allocate technical resources across projects to maximize efficiency and prevent burnout.\nChange Management Strategy: Lead the organizational change management (OCM) strategy to ensure high user adoption and ROI post-deployment.\nProcess Optimization: Continuously audit and improve the implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery to post-launch support.\n\nRequirements\nExperience: 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3–5 years in a formal leadership or people management role.\nCertifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) certifications are required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile (CSM) certifications are highly preferred.\nStrategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into multi-year technical roadmaps.\nTechnical Breadth: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including multi-org strategies, complex integrations (MuleSoft/Zapier), and DevOps cycles.\nLeadership Skills: Proven track record of managing technical teams, resolving internal conflicts, and developing talent.\nCommunication: Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and project health metrics to C-suite stakeholders.\nSoftware Proficiency: Advanced mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet), alongside standard collaboration tools.\nAnalytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze project KPIs (velocity, budget burn, defect rates) to make data-driven decisions.
