Job Title: Senior SME | Senior Content Developer - English Language Arts (ELA)\nWork Experience: 5 Years\nEmployment Type: Permanent\nLocation: Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai\n\nJob Details :\n\nConduct national and state standards alignments across all product lines.\nAct as an ELA Subject Matter Expert\nProvide 2nd tier support of our content for customers.\nCustomize course content and products to align with state or local standards, curriculum/content maps, and/or pacing plans.\nCollaborate with curriculum/content designers to develop and refine educational materials and resources.\nAssist in evaluating and revising existing curricula/content to ensure they meet the learning objectives and comply with national and state standards.\nProvide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the instructional design and accessibility of curriculum content.\nCommunicate regularly with clients to gather feedback on curriculum/content usage and outcomes.\nInteract with internal teams to resolve issues.\nRespond to customers following team communication protocols.\n\nTechnical Competencies –\n\nKnowledge of standards, alignment, curriculum mapping, and standards language\nHighly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills\nSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality, result-driven, team-oriented environment.\nWillingness and ability to work flexible hours.\nImpeccable writing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.\nStrong research and analytical skills.\nAbility to complete simple and complex projects, prioritize multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nMicrosoft Office and other productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nMaster’s degree in English literature\nExposure to US or IGCSE or IB curriculum mandatory\nTeaching experience or curriculum development experience in English Language Arts preferably for Grades K-12 (K-5 / K6-12)\nTwo years of work experience in content area, preferably involving classroom teaching\nSuperior written/oral communication skills; an ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.\n\nInterested candidates please share your updated resume on\[email protected]
