Location: Nashik

Salary Range: 15 LPA

Reports to: Executive Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Facility & Infrastructure Management -

Ensure uninterrupted functioning of infrastructure critical to automation operations (power, safety systems).Manage space planning, layout optimization, and workplace readiness. ( As and when required )


Vendor & Contract Management -

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for facility services (security, housekeeping, Building maintenance, Transport etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.

Statutory Compliance & Governance -

  • Safety, fire, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate audits (internal & external) and ensure closure of observations.

Security & Risk Management -

  • Implement robust security systems (CCTV, access control, visitor management).
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols aligned with industrial automation setup.
  • Handle incident management, emergency response, and crisis preparedness.


Administration Budget & Cost Control -

  • Prepare and manage annual admin budgets
  • Track expenses and implement cost control initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements and digitization.

Employee Services & Engagement Support -

  • Ensure smooth transport, cafeteria, and workplace services.
  • Support HR in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain high workplace satisfaction standards.


Asset & Inventory Management -

  • Oversee Management of administrative assets (furniture, equipment, office supplies).
  • Ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.


Liaison & External Coordination -

  • Coordinate with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Handle licenses, approvals, and renewals.

Travel Desk Management -

Oversee and manage the end-to-end corporate travel function for employees, management, and business visitors, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and service quality.


Establish, implement, and enforce the International Corporate Travel Policy, including eligibility, approval hierarchy, travel class, and accommodation standards.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : Any graduate and Ex-Defence personnel.

WORK EXPERINCE : The candidate must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in administration, including significant leadership exposure, with a proven track record of managing administrative operations for a manufacturing division with a workforce of 500 or more employees.
