Hello All,\n\nGreetings from ZettaMine!!!\n\nJob Title: Senior Data Analyst/Lead\nExperience: 8 Years\nLocation: Pan India\nNotice Period: Immediate Joiners\n\nWe are seeking a passionate Data Analyst/Lead to lead planning and execution of data load and associated activities that enable high‑quality data products for digital, analytics, and AI at AstraZeneca. Initially focused on the Enabling/Finance and operations domain, you will own strategies and hands‑on delivery for data remediation, data cleansing, data design, and data loading across Non‑SAP , Oracle EPM /SAC Planning and ERP‑adjacent ecosystems. You will coordinate closely with the Enterprise Data Office to ensure data is appropriately defined and governed, and work with engineering, business data governance, data analysis, and enterprise architecture to drive measurable business value.\n\nJob description & role requirements:\n\nWork with business & IT partners to understand the business and data requirements.\nExperience in source to target mapping, Data Gaps, Data Profiling and Impact Assessment.\nInterpret data, analyze results and provide quick data analysis.\nIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.\nDefines data modelling standards and applies within all work products.\nLocate and define new process improvement opportunities.\nFocus on the design and maintenance of conceptual and logical data models (3NF) and their application within IT project and business data governance processes.\nOwns and develops artefacts that exploit data models to understand data and data integrations.

This may include modelling data flows, developing CRUD matrices to understand master data and the use of process models to illustrate master data flows.\nWork with multiple IT roles, including Data Analysts, Solution Architects and Information Architects, to embed the use of data models and within both project and strategic activities.\nWork with business data governance teams to embed the use of data models, and associated definitions, within governance processes.\nArchitecture & Governance: Delivery of Data Design/architecture , Oracle EPM, SAC planning, MRDM, data strategies, and information/data governance in complex environments.\nEnterprise Frameworks: Experience working within an Enterprise Data Architecture Framework , benchmarking against leading practices, models, and standards.\nDesign & Analysis: Ability to convert business requirements into data models , processing designs , mappings , and profiling outputs with clear lineage.\nMaster & Metadata: Experience designing master data solutions/strategies and applying metadata standards across domains.\nCommunication & Consultancy: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills.\nDelivery Oversight: Blend of data architecture and analysis with proven oversight of implementation within engineered solutions.\nIndustry Experience: Exposure to relevant domains such as Pharma, R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities .\nDesirable:\nUnderstanding of SnapLogic, Oracle EPM Integration, SQL, MuleSoft, and ADM Syniti.\nExperience running a data architecture governance function.\nExperience coaching junior analysts and guiding team members to build skills for future business (data) transformation\n\nIf you are interested kindly share your updated CV to or WhatsApp to 6302404863.\n\nThanks & Regards,\nAruna.M
