We seek a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team, contributing to Healthcare and Institutional projects of various scales and complexities. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts to diverse design priorities, and embraces different project delivery methods. The Role:
- Collaborate with design teams to develop creative and technically sound solutions for projects.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Work closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support BIM modeling and drawing organization to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Building and Life Safety codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers to align project requirements.
- Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and address project needs.
- Maintain project standards and proactively seek improvements in design documentation and processes.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit or other BIM-based software is essential.
- Proficiency in AI tools, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent design sensibility, technical expertise, and communication skills.
- Experience in international projects is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel
