The candidate will be responsible for editing high-impact political videos for social media platforms and public outreach. The role demands speed, storytelling ability, and a strong understanding of political narratives and audience engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Edit compelling videos for political campaigns, including short-form reels, long-form YouTube content and package videos, speeches, and event coverage.\n- Create narrative-driven videos aligned with social media messaging aligining leadership communication, and party guidelines.\n- Add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and basic motion elements to enhance video impact.\n- Work closely with content, graphic, and social media teams for integrated campaign output.\n- Ensure fast turnaround of videos during campaigns and high-pressure situations.\n- Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all video outputs.\n- Manage and organise raw footage, archives, and final exports efficiently.\n\nDesired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Strong understanding of the political leaders, key issues, and prevailing and evolving narratives of Chhattisgarh.\n- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in political campaigns, media houses, digital agencies, or consulting firms.\n- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory); After Effects is an added advantage.\n- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.\n- AI Video Generation & Utilisation Skills:\n- Working knowledge of AI tools for video editing, enhancement, captions, and automation.\n- Familiarity with AI-based video tools such as Freepik, Leonardo, etc., or similar platforms for generative visuals, background enhancement, subtitles, and quick edits.\n- Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI platforms for scripting support, captioning, ideation, and workflow acceleration.\n- Ability to strategically use AI-generated content in political communication.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you're working professional looking for a high-impact challenge, interested in joining a team of like-minded and motivated individuals who think strategically, act decisively, and get things done, drop in an email at [email protected]
