Your responsibilities will include:\n%CF; Conceptualization and Execution : Collaborating with the creative and production\nteams to conceptualize, edit, and animate high-quality video content for a diverse\nrange of clients and projects.\n%CF; Video Editing : Managing the end-to-end post-production process, including logging,\nrough cuts, fine cuts, colour correction, and sound design for films, case studies,\nand social media content.\n%CF; Motion Graphics : Creating sophisticated and engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D\nanimations, and dynamic typography to enhance visual storytelling and brand\nmessaging.\n%CF; Quality Control : Ensuring all video assets adhere to brand guidelines, are\ntechnically sound, and are delivered on time for client presentations and final\ndeployment.\n%CF; Mentorship : Providing guidance and feedback to junior team members, fostering a\nhigh standard of quality within the post-production department.\n%CF; Software Proficiency : Maintaining expert proficiency in industry-standard software,\nincluding Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nExperience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.\n\nEssential Skills & Qualifications\n%CF; A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion\nGraphics Artist.\n%CF; A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in both editing and motion\ngraphics.\n%CF; In-depth understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and best practices for\nvarious digital and social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, etc.).\n%CF; Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, visual composition, and narrative structure.\n%CF; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while\nmaintaining attention to detail.\n%CF; Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.\n\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates meeting the minimum experience criteria are invited to apply by\nsubmitting the following:\n\n1.
