The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, security operations, and ensuring high availability of customer infrastructure and security environments\n\nKey Responsibilities\n--Monitor network, security, and server infrastructure using NOC/SOC monitoring tools.\n--Handle L1/L2 troubleshooting for network and security incidents.\n--Monitor firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM alerts, and endpoint security events.\n--Perform incident response, ticket handling, escalation, and follow-up activities.\n--Analyze logs and security alerts to identify threats or abnormal activities.\n--Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, wireless, and connectivity-related issues.\n--Work with TAC/vendor support teams for issue resolution.\n--Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and operational updates.\n--Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of customer issues.\n--Participate in shift-based operations and weekend/on-call support when required.\n--Maintain operational documentation and daily health check reports.\n\nRequired Skills\n--Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.\n--Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet, or Sophos.\n--Basic understanding of SOC operations, SIEM monitoring, and cybersecurity concepts.\n--Experience with Linux/Windows server basics and log analysis.\n--Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar.\n--Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and ticketing systems.\n--Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n--Good verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nCCNA / CCNP\nCEH / Security+\nPalo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE\nFortinet NSE\nITIL Foundation\n\nEducational Qualification\nBE, B Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.\n\nWhat We Offer\n--Opportunity to work on enterprise network and security environments.\n--Exposure to multi-vendor technologies and cybersecurity operations.\n--Career growth and certification support.\n--Collaborative and learning-focused work environment.\n\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates can share their updated resume to HR team on
