Job Title: Art Supervisor\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for a highly creative and strategic Art Supervisor to lead visual direction,\ndrive design strategy, and ensure excellence across campaigns. This role involves managing teams,\nshaping creative output, and delivering high-impact visual solutions aligned with brand and\nbusiness objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure team adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.\nLead campaign briefings and translate them into strong creative direction.\nDrive creative strategy and ideation for campaigns and pitches.\nLead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.\nCreate and oversee high-quality visual assets across platforms.\nMaintain design excellence by reviewing and refining team output.\nProvide creative direction for presentations and client deliverables.\nAct as the primary point of contact for design escalations.\nOversee pre-production and production processes, including shoots.\nLead pitch execution with strong conceptual and visual storytelling.\nDrive innovation through trends, research, and new technologies.\nMentor, manage, and develop high-performing design teams.\nEnsure adherence to timelines, priorities, and internal processes.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n6–8 years of experience in design (digital agency preferred).\nStrong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, and visual storytelling.\nKnowledge of 2D/3D design, animation, and advanced tools is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).\nStrong conceptual thinking and ability to lead large campaigns.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.\nAbility to sell creative ideas and align them with business goals.
