Job Title: Construction PMO Lead

Location - Dholera, Gujarat, India

Industry: Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Industrial / EPC


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction PMO Lead to manage and drive execution across multiple large-scale capital projects. This role requires a strong leader who can balance program governance with hands-on execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, multi-project environments, with strong capabilities in program controls, stakeholder management, and construction delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Lead PMO activities across multiple ongoing construction projects
  • Establish and drive standardized processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Ensure alignment across all project teams and stakeholders

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive project delivery in line with schedule, quality, and cost expectations
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve execution challenges
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all project phases

Planning & Scheduling

  • Oversee and manage integrated project schedules
  • Track dependencies, risks, and critical milestones
  • Implement recovery strategies where required

Cost & Controls

  • Drive cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
  • Establish strong program control mechanisms and dashboards
  • Track performance against project objectives

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal leadership, project teams, and external partners
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels

Risk & Governance

  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks
  • Maintain structured governance through reviews, KPIs, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards


Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong experience in construction project/program management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience in construction execution, not just reporting roles
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Program controls (cost and schedule)
  • Construction lifecycle (design to commissioning)
  • Experience working with EPC contractors or large industrial projects
  • Familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera or equivalent


Preferred Profile

  • Experience in manufacturing plants, infrastructure projects, or industrial facilities
  • Exposure to complex, fast-paced project environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Relevant project management certifications (preferred)
