Job Description
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute national sales and business expansion strategies.
- Drive revenue growth across industrial, solar, infrastructure, EPC, and government sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities, regions, and customer segments.
- Build annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth targets.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage regional sales teams across India.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
- Establish strong distributor, consultant, and EPC networks.
- Drive high-value project sales and strategic customer acquisition.
Key Account Management
- Build relationships with:
- EPC contractors
- Solar developers
- Industrial customers
- Government agencies
- Electrical consultants
- Handle large negotiations and contract closures.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Design team
- Production team
- Projects & commissioning teams
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Development
- Increase brand visibility across India.
- Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, and government tenders.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop sales leaders and regional managers.
- Create performance-driven sales culture.
- Conduct regular reviews and target tracking.
15+ years of experience in below products:
- PCC Panels (Power Control Centre)
- MCC Panels (Motor Control Centre)
- VFD Panels
- ATS Panels
- Synchronizing Panels
- Solar ACDB/DCDB Panels
- HT/LT Panels
- VCB Panels
Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role managing national or multi-state operations.
