Job Description

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute national sales and business expansion strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth across industrial, solar, infrastructure, EPC, and government sectors.
  • Identify new market opportunities, regions, and customer segments.
  • Build annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth targets.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams across India.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
  • Establish strong distributor, consultant, and EPC networks.
  • Drive high-value project sales and strategic customer acquisition.

Key Account Management

  • Build relationships with:
  • EPC contractors
  • Solar developers
  • Industrial customers
  • Government agencies
  • Electrical consultants
  • Handle large negotiations and contract closures.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with:
  • Design team
  • Production team
  • Projects & commissioning teams
  • Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Development

  • Increase brand visibility across India.
  • Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, and government tenders.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

Team Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop sales leaders and regional managers.
  • Create performance-driven sales culture.
  • Conduct regular reviews and target tracking.


15+ years of experience in below products:


  • PCC Panels (Power Control Centre)
  • MCC Panels (Motor Control Centre)
  • VFD Panels
  • ATS Panels
  • Synchronizing Panels
  • Solar ACDB/DCDB Panels
  • HT/LT Panels
  • VCB Panels


Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role managing national or multi-state operations.
