Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:\n1.This role will be responsible for acquiring and retaining corporate clients for MICE businesses.\n2.Meeting new clients, promoting the Company brand and converting queries into business opportunities\n3.Partnering with the operations team to submit competitive and qualitative quotes to clients.\n4.Representing the client to internal stake holders and doing a timely and thorough handover to service delivery team for execution\n5.Accompanying the client on tours, if required by the terms of the MoU\n6.Being the one-point contact or all queries, both pre-sales and after-sales\n7.Assisting the National Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies\n8.Any other duties as required by the management for the successful delivery of business.\n\nKey Deliverables:\nLead Generation\nSales Closure\nCustomer Retention\nCollections\n\nQualification / Experience - 3-7 years experience in corporate sales, preferably from Travel, Hospitality or allied industries
