Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer for our Air Filters/HVAC division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a high-performing sales team within the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of air filtration systems, cleanroom applications, and market dynamics, along with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while consistently delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Air Filters segment.
- Identify market opportunities and expand business across Gujarat
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, and industrial clients.
- Drive market penetration and strengthen the company’s presence in key sectors.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor key performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports to Regional Manager on sales performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Adapt sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and pricing.
Contract Negotiation
- Lead complex negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable commercial terms while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (MBA preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 5-15 years of overall experience in B2B Sales and Channel Management
- Experience within the HVAC/Air Filtration industry (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with pharmaceutical companies, OEMs, and facility management (FM) clients
