Regional HR Business Partner / Circle HR Head

Leading FMCG Company


A leading FMCG organization is looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead the complete people agenda for a regional business unit. The role requires strong business partnering capabilities along with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and leadership advisory.


Talent Acquisition (TA)

Partner with business leaders to drive manpower planning and workforce strategy across the region. Support and guide the hiring process for critical and leadership positions while ensuring timely closure of positions across sales and operations functions. Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future business requirements.

Learning & Development (L&D)

Identify capability gaps and drive learning interventions aligned with business objectives. Work closely with leadership teams to strengthen employee development initiatives, leadership capability building, succession planning, and career progression programs while fostering a strong learning culture across the organization.

Performance Management

Drive the complete performance management process including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. Anchor talent review discussions and succession planning exercises while ensuring a high-performance culture through continuous coaching and managerial support.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Lead employee engagement and people-connect initiatives across the region to enhance employee experience and retention. Drive culture-building, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring strong engagement levels and retention of key and high-potential talent.

HR Business Partnering

Act as a strategic HR advisor to regional leadership teams by providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce effectiveness, and people strategy. Support business transformation and change management initiatives while aligning HR priorities with business goals.

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance across the region. Ensure smooth HR operations and administration processes while supporting workplace and facilities management for regional offices.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key HR metrics to derive actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare workforce dashboards and management reports while monitoring attrition, productivity, engagement, and overall people effectiveness trends.

Desired Skills

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to manage large employee populations in dynamic environments. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities along with high learning agility and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/PGDM in HR from Premium B-Schools/leading management institutes with 7+ years of relevant HRBP experience.

Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or other sales-driven organizations will be preferred. Strong exposure to business partnering, employee engagement, talent management, and regional HR operations is essential.
