Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for contract lifecycle processes
• Configure Icertis ICI components including templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
• Design end-to-end CLM processes for corporate contracts
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams
• Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
• Ensure alignment of CLM solutions with business objectives and compliance needs
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based delivery
• Provide functional guidance and best practices for CLM adoption

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CLM implementations
• Strong hands-on functional experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
• Proven expertise in configuring contract templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes for corporate contracts
• Experience working closely with Legal, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Good-to-Have Skills

• Icertis Functional Consultant Certification (or equivalent)
• Functional exposure to SAP ecosystems (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA)
• Experience in large-scale global CLM transformation programs
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, and governance processes
• Experience supporting post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvement
