Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our in-house paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, driving high-quality lead generation, improving keyword rankings through paid strategies, and scaling ROI-focused campaigns for in-house websites.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc
Manage end-to-end performance marketing activities for the company’s in-house websites.
Drive qualified lead generation campaigns with strong ROI and conversion performance.
Conduct keyword research and implement paid strategies to improve visibility and keyword positioning.
Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Perform audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Stay updated with latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / PPC.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience handling substantial monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
