Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Hands-on experience with:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• Workflows / Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
• ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP
• Experience with Service Portal
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and security rules
• Familiarity with update sets and ServiceNow migration activities
