People Systems
This position will provide Human Resources support services to onshore employees with a high level of
effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service.This role requires precision, an ownership
mindset, and strong adaptability. The specialist will manage end-to-end support for SuccessFactors
Employee Central (EC) and Learning Management System (LMS) modules, ensuring service excellence,
data integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction. The candidate must be able to adopt in-built processes
quickly and contribute meaningful improvements to existing workflows and plans of work. The
environment is structured, performance-driven, and metrics-focused.
Knowledge & Experience
• Working Experience of 3-4 years for UK, Europe, Australia geographies
• Good knowledge in Workday/SAP-SuccessFactors/Oracle
• Basic knowledge of HR Admin activities
• Should be able to manage and resolve EC and LMS queries end-to-end within defined SLAs
• Should be able to Troubleshoot configuration-related issues within the scope of access
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets efficiently
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for queries, escalations and defect resolution
• Support workflow corrections, RBP-related queries, and data validation
• Assist in UAT cycles, release deployments, and enhancement testing
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and process guides
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR system support operations
• Adopt to existing processes effectively and contribute enhancements aligned with operational
goals

Formal Education & Certification
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
Skill Set
• HRO Experience in Australia
• Basic knowledge of tools like SuccessFactors, Workday
• Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure
• Strong email and voice communication skills
• Strong communication, problem solving and resolution skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good
organizational skills.
• Must have good experience and exposure in direct or telephonic communication with onshore
clients
Working Conditions
• Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work 24*7 shift timings.
• Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
