Job Summary\nWe are seeking a strong and seasoned ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in AI-driven capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in architecting and implementing advanced solutions leveraging Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Agentic AI, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, and AI Control Tower (AICT) .\nThis role requires strategic thinking, strong technical leadership, and the ability to design scalable, intelligent ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow platform solutions.\nArchitect and implement AI-powered capabilities including:\nNow Assist\nVirtual Agent (Now Assist VA)\nAgentic AI\nPredictive Intelligence\nTask Intelligence\nAI Control Tower\nDefine AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI implementation strategies.\nDesign scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.\nProvide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.\nEstablish best practices in platform architecture, performance optimization, security, and scalability.\nMentor development teams and conduct architecture/design reviews.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.\nDrive automation strategy using AI/ML and intelligent workflows.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow.\nProven experience as a ServiceNow Architect on large enterprise implementations.\nStrong hands-on expertise in:\nNow Assist & Generative AI capabilities\nVirtual Agent (Conversational AI)\nAgentic AI implementation\nPredictive Intelligence & ML model training\nTask Intelligence configuration & optimization\nAI Control Tower governance\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer).\nExperience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).\nDeep understanding of ITSM and enterprise workflows.\nExperience in AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.\nStrong Agile/SAFe delivery exposure.\nExcellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
