Plant Head -RMC

• People & Vendor Development: Drive employee training; conduct regular vendor reviews for better resource optimization.
• Maintenance Management: Execute preventive maintenance, control maintenance costs, and monitor spare part lifecycle.
• MIS & Inventory: Ensure accurate stock measurement, reconciliation, and timely MIS reporting.
• Planning & Budgeting: Prepare and analyze plant annual plans and budgets.
• Plant Commissioning: Oversee smooth commissioning of new plants and close operational gaps.
• Product Delivery: Deploy manpower, plan TM routes, conduct site appraisals, and ensure pours run smoothly.
• Sales Compliance: Achieve targets within SOP-defined pricing.
• Production: Monitor batch deviations, maintain concrete quality, and execute production plans.
• Resource Optimization & Sustainability: Maximize plant/machinery utilization; reduce losses; ensure environmental norm compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, conduct audits, ensure statutory compliance, and report incidents
