Leadership role in Salesforce Product Engineering
Office location -Whitefield, Bangalore

Looking at 70% technical and 30% people management experience. Candidate will have 100 + members reporting to him(Developers, Sr,Developers, Team Leads, Managers)
Education/qualification: Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA
Minimum Relevant Experience: Relevant 12+ yrs minimum in Salesforce development, Salesforce architecture
Leadership skills/ Delivery/Account/Client handling management skills
Experience in leading at least a salesforce team of 50 -60 engineers.
Handling US and European clients
No Testing PMs, No Infra PMs, Telecom
Experience: 12-15 years in building commercial, enterprise SaaS Products and hands-on experience in software development on the Salesforce Lightning Platform with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of senior architects, technical leads and software engineers driving MaxVal products and solutions on Salesforce.
Create and refine technology strategies and execution plans for the Salesforce Product Engineering team at MaxVal.
Setup and own technical standards on Engineering and Software Development and continuously refine them with the evolution of technology and business needs
Work closely with the product and services teams to increase the velocity of software development.
Lead programs on advanced technologies like AI/ML, that create competitive edge and commercial results for MaxVal.
Execute on our product roadmap and technology strategy, leading proof of concept, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), commercial releases, and beta iterations for early stages of products.
Lead all activities to maintain the competitive edge of MaxVal products and solutions, including L3/L4 support on commercial releases.
Lead all Quality Assurance activities on releases, and ensure that releases meet stringent quality needs of the markets and internal benchmarks.
Lead all software automation initiatives from technology and engineering perspectives, driving unit cost reductions, including CI/CD, QA automation, process optimizations, etc.
Maintain strong Executive Relationships within and outside the organization
Provide Leadership and Coaching to the technical community in the organization
Key Qualifications and Experience:
15+ years' hands-on experience in the enterprise software product development space with hands-on expertise and experience in designing and building SaaS products with direct technical/engineering contribution to the same
8+ years of hands-on software development experience in building products or delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform. Experience in the ISV/OEM space of the Salesforce ecosystem will be a definite plus.
8+ years in managing geographically dispersed engineering teams
Experience in AI/ML as a technology, and implementation of AI/ML as a core differentiator in software products and solutions
Experience in CI/CD and QA Automation
Demonstrated skills in the software development and maintenance lifecycle, stakeholder relationship management, a strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition, and judgment.
Experience managing global teams across cultures and time zones and working with peers/stakeholders globally will be preferred. High cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity and strong communication/collaboration is necessary in this role
Acumen to manage cost-effective delivery with trade-offs and to manage project and operations budgets
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
