Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Domestic Recruitment

Location: India (Office-based Pune, MH / Remote for Right Candidate)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for open positions across the company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attracting and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the hiring process is efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and develop a strategy for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing: Use multiple channels such as job boards, social media, job fairs, networking events, and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries and benefits, and coordinate the candidate's start date.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Employer Branding: Help promote the company's brand to attract top talent through marketing materials, social media, and employee testimonials.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in India.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for tech or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
