US Payroll SME\n\nMust-Have\n\nUS Payroll with Workday experience of 3 to 5 years On cycle, Off Cycle,\nEmployee Management, Systems and Support able to write / create reports\nin Workday. Willing to do Night Shift\n\nGood-to-Have US B1 / B2 visa\n\nSN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role\nJob Purpose:\nTo process US payroll and Payroll related activities\nProfile Requirement\n⮚ Process On cycle / off cycle pay run\n⮚ Good understanding of US Payroll processes with Workday experience\n⮚ Meet the required productivity metrics as per defined target for the line of business\n⮚ Understanding the critical requirements and do necessary follow ups with the stakeholders to\nget the required information for processing the request\n⮚ Good communication skills to coordinate with client and other stakeholders\n⮚ Willing to work in US Shift (5:30 pm to 3:30 am and 6:30 pm to 4:30 am during day light\nsaving)\n⮚ Willingness to extend the shift to ensure the deliverables are met as per defined schedules\n⮚ Liaising with the On site team and Vendors for faster resolution as per the SOP\n⮚ 100% Work from Office.\nCompetencies/Skills:\n⮚ Knowledge of Workday Payroll ERP\n⮚ Good oral & written communication to communicate with internal and external stakeholders\n⮚ Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible to be approached for win-win situation\n⮚ Ability to adapt and work in a targeted environment as per the process requirement\n⮚ Good analytical thinking, questioning, negotiating and influencing skills\n⮚ Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure to meet the daily / weekly targets\n⮚ Should be customer centric and be focused on delivering excellence as per the process\n⮚ Basic keyboard proficiency and multitasking while handling calls\n⮚ Ability to work with the team and focus on the assigned accounts\n⮚ Should be willing to work in night shifts / shift extension as per the client request\n⮚ Effective MS office skills (MS Excel)
