Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the creation of visually engaging graphics for e-learning content, online courses, and digital training materials to enhance student engagement.\nDesign educational assets , including interactive learning modules, digital textbooks, infographics, assessments, and explainer videos\nDevelop marketing collateral such as social media creatives, banners, and email campaigns to promote courses and EdTech products.\nCreate course branding elements to ensure consistency across all learning materials and digital platforms.\nConceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that enhance knowledge retention and learner engagement .\nCollaborate closely with curriculum designers, instructional designers, content developers, and marketing teams to understand design requirements and optimize learning experiences.\nEnsure that all graphics adhere to UI/UX best practices for e-learning platforms, making content accessible and user-friendly.\nInterpret and translate storyboards into engaging video content by combining motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques.\nCreate and edit videos for e-learning modules, ensuring seamless integration of graphics, animations, and instructional elements.\nProvide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to junior designers to maintain quality and efficiency.\nCreate and enhance motion graphics, video animations, and interactive visual content for educational materials.\nAssist in video editing, animations, and post-production using industry-standard tools.\nEnsure smooth integration of graphics, text animations, and multimedia elements in learning content.\nUtilize AI-powered design tools for image enhancement, video automation, and interactive content creation .\nExplore and implement new-age design trends and AI-driven workflows to streamline graphics production.\nExperiment with emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience through immersive visuals .\n\nSkills & Qualification Requirement:\nBachelor’s degree and e xperience working in EdTech or e-learning industry .\n6 to 10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of experience managing a small team .\nStrong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) .\nHands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation .\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding .\nAbility to manage multiple projects , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\nExperience in guiding and mentoring junior designers while actively contributing to hands-on design tasks.\nExcellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills .\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.\nKnowledge of interactive design tools such as Articulate, Storyline, or other e-learning platforms .\nAudio editing skills for sound enhancement in video content.\nAbility to visualize and design engaging educational materials for various platforms.\n\nIn press:\nhttps://inc42.com/buzz/edtech-startup-eruditus-fy23-revenue-crosses-inr-3000-cr-mark\nhttps://www.outlookbusiness.com/start-up/news/eruditus-secures-150-million-funding-for-ai-expansion-business-growth
