This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time projects and an opportunity to enhance your creative and technical design skills.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nAssist in creating creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives\nDesign banners, posters, presentations, and other digital/print assets\nSupport the marketing and content teams with visual content requirements\nEdit images, graphics, and short-form visual assets as per brand guidelines\nWork on video thumbnails, reels creatives, and ad creatives for performance campaigns\nEnsure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity across all platforms\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative concepts\nStay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices\nManage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful visuals\n\nEligibility Criteria:\nCompleted a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field\nBasic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar software\nStrong creative thinking with a good understanding of typography, color, and layout design\nAbility to create engaging social media creatives and marketing collaterals\nAttention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment\nGood communication and time management skills\nPortfolio/sample work showcasing design skills is preferred\nBasic understanding of branding and digital design trends is an added advantage
