Report.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our investment team and work directly with Partners across investment research, sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio support, and ecosystem initiatives.\nThis role is designed for individuals who are deeply curious about emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and AI, and who want to build a long-term career in venture capital and technology investing.\nAs an Investment Analyst, you will operate as an owner within the investment team, leading research initiatives, driving investment conviction, owning key diligence workstreams, helping shape firm-wide investment theses, and partnering closely with founders across our portfolio.\nYou will be expected to independently identify opportunities, drive outcomes, build systems, and continuously improve how we invest and operate syncing with our leadership team.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead market analysis, primary and secondary research across blockchain, AI, fintech, infrastructure, and emerging technology sectors.\nDevelop investment theses around emerging sectors, technologies, and business models that shape fund strategy and investment decisions.\nIdentify overlooked opportunities and emerging trends before they become consensus narratives.\nBuild subject matter expertise across selected sectors and serve as an internal thought partner to the investment team.\nTrack the adoption of blockchain and AI across industries and identify high-impact investment opportunities.\nOwn sourcing pipelines across selected sectors and geographies.\nBuild and maintain relationships with founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to generate proprietary deal flow.\nSource, qualify, and evaluate startups using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.\nLead end-to-end investment workstreams from initial founder engagement through diligence, investment committee recommendation, and execution.\nConduct deep diligence across product, technology, market, competition, tokenomics, business models, and founding teams.\nPrepare investment memos, recommendations, and supporting analyses for investment committee discussions and decision-making.\nAct as a trusted partner to portfolio founders by driving strategic initiatives, partnerships, fundraising support, hiring support, and ecosystem access.\nBuild relationships across the broader Hashed ecosystem to create meaningful value for portfolio companies.\nSupport portfolio companies in navigating growth, expansion, and strategic opportunities.\nRepresent Hashed Emergent across conferences, founder communities, investor networks, and industry forums globally.\nContribute to ecosystem-building initiatives through research, founder programs, partnerships, community engagement, and India Blockchain Week (IBW).\nTake ownership of strategic firm-wide initiatives beyond investing and contribute to building Hashed stakeholders to design, build, and improve AI-powered systems for sourcing, research, market mapping, and knowledge management.\nIdentify, prioritize, and help automate high-impact workflows across the fund.\nLeverage AI to improve investment quality, operational efficiency, and decision velocity.\nStay at the forefront of emerging AI tools, models, and workflows, and drive AI adoption across the organization.\nWe are looking for individuals who see AI as a core part of how modern investment firms operate, scale, and create competitive advantage.\n\nWho We're Looking For\n2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, research, startup operations, web3 native roles, or high-growth technology companies.\nStrong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technologies.\nDemonstrated interest in AI tools, automation, agentic systems, or technical workflows.\nStrong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to independently lead projects and drive outcomes with limited supervision.\nHigh ownership mindset, strong execution ability, and a bias toward action.\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from first principles.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, not just
