Salesforce Administrator

This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the SF team.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, security controls\nDesign and maintain declarative automation - Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects\nLead release management across sandboxes (Dev SIT UAT Prod) using a modern Salesforce DevOps toolchain\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata; manage version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments\nPartner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions\nDrive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness; reduce manual deployment effort\nTroubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and own RCAs\nMaintain documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness\n\nWhat you bring\n7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience on enterprise orgs\nSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 mandatory); Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder strongly preferred\nStrong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps - experience with any of: SF CLI\nSolid command of Git-based version control and CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines - any)\nDeep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment models, and sandbox strategy\nStrong grasp of Service Cloud\nExperience supporting global teams across time zones\nExcellent written and verbal communication - you'll work directly with onshore stakeholders\n\nNice to have\nApex, SOQL, and basic LWC reading ability (you don't need to build, but you should be able to review)\nExperience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Informatica)\nExposure to integrated platforms (Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake)\nHealthcare, payments, or fintech domain background\n\nWhy Vericence\nLong-term engagement with a marquee global client\nWork alongside senior architects and modern engineering practices\nClear technical growth path - DevOps, Architect, or Platform Lead tracks\nCompetitive compensation and benefits
