Hands on experience on Service Now development (ITOM)
Strong experience with Event Management (mandatory)
Experience with Steam Connect and Kafka event streaming
Good understanding of: o Monitoring and observability concepts o Alert lifecycle and correlation JavaScript and Service Now scripting experience
