About The Job:
- The Employee Life Cycle Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting HR operations across all stages of the employee journey.
- This role requires proficiency in HR systems, strong data management skills, and the ability to ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, conversions, data updates, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee records in HR systems (workday) Manage day-to-day HR processes like transfers, conversions, extensions, etc.
- Support Workday transactions including data changes, organizational updates, and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders on a daily basis for data inputs and query management.
- Apply Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations with exposure to employee lifecycle activities.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel and Workday.
- Good interpersonal skills and above-average communication abilities.
