Profile: Jr. Accountant Billing-Home Decor-Surat-3 LPA

Experience: 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Accounting, Billing, or Back Office Accounts Operations

Salary Range: 15k to 25k

Roles:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Generate sales invoices, purchase bills, quotations, and billing documents
• Manage sales and purchase entries in Miracle Software
• Maintain records of inward and outward transactions
• Prepare and update daily accounting reports and transaction details
• Handle billing coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and payment records
• Perform data entry and maintain records with proper accuracy
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment details before processing
• Maintain customer and vendor ledger records

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes
• Knowledge of Miracle Software, Tally
• Basic understanding of invoice management
