We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mac Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for macOS environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in desktop support. The role requires effective issue resolution, documentation expertise, and the ability to provide seamless end-user support in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for macOS devices, applications, and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues for end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, network, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access requests.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution to support tickets and incidents.
  • Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and user communication throughout issue resolution.
Essential Skills
  • Strong experience in macOS Desktop Support
  • Excellent written documentation skills
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to logically analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting desktop hardware/software issues

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
