Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for macOS devices, applications, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues for end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, network, and peripheral-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely response and resolution to support tickets and incidents.
- Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and user communication throughout issue resolution.
- Strong experience in macOS Desktop Support
- Excellent written documentation skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to logically analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop hardware/software issues
- Knowledge of IT support processes and ticketing systems
