Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigates complex business situations to identify ITAM-related opportunities and challenges; analyses organisational processes, systems, and capabilities to determine current state and improvement requirements; facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define desired outcomes; develop business cases for ITAM investments and initiatives; gain stakeholder consensus on improvement priorities and solutions.
• Provides expert ITAM consultancy by designing asset management strategies aligned to business objectives, defining mission, vision, goals, and success metrics; recommend solutions that optimize value and mitigate risk; develop strategic roadmaps for ITAM capability development; influence strategic technology and vendor decisions; guide clients through ITAM transformation initiatives
• Interact with customers to identify challenges, licensing issues, deployment types, audit risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Work in partnership with the Sales team to qualify leads and align customer requirements with our products and services.
• Create solution plans and choose the best options for each client, including ROI/TCO analysis, business cases, and proposals.
• Create demos, POCs, and workshops to show customers how our solutions address their problems.
• Prepare answers for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Help create bid documents, including technical details, solution summaries, and analysis of compliance or benefits.
• Possess a solid understanding of software licensing, SaaS subscription management, lifecycle governance, audit preparation, and software spend optimisation to effectively respond to customer questions during presentations as a presale's consultant.
• A solid understanding of leading ITAM tools in the market, with the ability to recommend, compare, and address tool-specific queries for customers.
• Work with internal teams to keep solutions practical, make sure pricing is consistent, and help ensure a smooth move to implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in software asset management, software licensing models, SaaS expansion, and regulatory or compliance developments, and incorporate these insights into solution development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and customers, building credibility and lasting professional relationships.
• Offer sales enablement by preparing presales materials on SLS advantages and competition.
• Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders through regular updates and insights.
• Engage client stakeholders clearly in fluent English.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, bid trackers, and content libraries while ensuring they meet company standards.
• Facilitate the transition of awarded projects to delivery teams
