About The Job:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our production support team.
  • This role is unique, requiring a blend of expertise in digital experience management via Sitecore and business process automation via the Microsoft Power Platform . You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our external-facing web properties and internal low-code applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Power Platform Support & Administration
  • App & Flow Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Environment Governance: Monitor environment health, manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and oversee license allocation.
  • Integration Support: Maintain and troubleshoot connections between Power Platform and various data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and custom APIs).
Sitecore CMS Operations
  • Incident Resolution: Provide Tier 2/3 support for Sitecore XP/XM environments, including troubleshooting publishing issues, search indexing (Solr/Azure Search), and caching layers.
  • Content & Experience Support: Assist content authors with layout issues, personalization rules, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Deployment & Upgrades: Support CI/CD pipelines for code deployments and participate in Sitecore platform upgrades and security patching.
Performance & Monitoring
  • Utilize Azure Application Insights) and Solr. | | Power Platform | Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Power Virtual Agents experience is a plus. | | Cloud/Infra | Understanding of Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Key Vault. | | Web Tech | Proficiency in troubleshooting HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and .NET-based application errors. | | Tooling | Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
Qualifications:
Soft Skills & Experience
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to trace a failure across a decoupled architecture (e.g., from a Power Automate trigger back to a Sitecore webhook).
  • Communication: Able to explain technical limitations to non-technical business stakeholders and content editors.
  • Documentation: Proven track record of creating high-quality "Runbooks" for common support scenarios.
