Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Go Build microservices that power AI agent orchestration and execution Develop integrations with internal and third-party APIs (including LLM providers) Write Python services for tooling, data pipelines, and automation Deploy
- containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes on GCP Design data models and work with SQL and NoSQL databases Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and deployment strategies Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- 2-5 years of professional backend development experience Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with production services shipped Solid Python skills for scripting and automation
- Experience building RESTful and/or gRPC APIs Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience Working knowledge of GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL) SQL database experience and basic data modeling Understanding of concurrency patterns and writing testable code
- Experience with Rust
- Message queues and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, NATS) Exposure to LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) Enterprise software or high-throughput systems background
