Technical Service Engineer

Location Based in Faridabad (HARYANA), India with extensive international travel requirements.\nJob Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Technical Service Engineer with experience in the CEMENT INDUSTRY to support global site inspections, equipment installations, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and customer support. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively to customer sites worldwide.\nThis role requires a proactive individual who can work independently in diverse environments, interact professionally with international clients, and quickly adapt to new technologies and project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities Conduct site inspections at customer locations and prepare technical reports.\nSupervise installation, erection, and commissioning of our equipment in cement plants and other bulk handling industry.\nProvide technical guidance and support to customers, contractors, and project teams.\nTroubleshoot operational and mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions.\nMonitor installation quality and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.\nCoordinate with internal engineering, project, and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.\nAssist in equipment performance evaluations, audits, and optimization studies.\nPrepare installation procedures, service reports, and technical documentation.\nSupport customer training and after-sales service activities.\nTravel internationally for project execution, inspections, commissioning, and technical support assignments.\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.\n2–8 years of relevant experience preferably in the cement industry, involving plant equipment, material handling systems or process equipment.\nExperience in site installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical service functions.\nStrong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment.\nPreferred Qualifications Previous international travel experience for project execution, site services, or customer support.\nExperience working directly with cement plants, EPC contractors, or industrial customers.\nFamiliarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nExposure to project management and site coordination activities.\nTechnical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD design software.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and P&IDs.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nFamiliarity with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar tools will be an advantage.\nDesired Competencies Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.\nFast learner with the ability to quickly understand new products, technologies, and processes.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nProfessional attitude and customer-focused approach.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nGood organizational and reporting skills.\nAdaptable to multicultural work environments and international customer interactions.\nTravel Requirements Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.\nAbility to stay at project sites for extended durations when required.\nValid passport preferred.\nCandidates with a proven international travel history will be given preference.\nWhat We Offer Opportunity to work on international projects across leading cement plants.\nExposure to advanced technologies and global customers.\nCareer growth in a dynamic and expanding engineering organization.\nCompetitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
