Coordination with vendors with respect to payments, refunds, and vendor reconciliations.\nSupplier reconciliation portal update.\nCoordination with client for retrieving missing vendor bills & approval.\nWeekly AP reports, process of vendor payments & allocation in books.\nReconciling vendors on timely basis.\nAssisting AMs in month end closing activities\nChasing W9 from vendors and Preparation of 1099 Workings.\nTax return reconciliation.\nUpdate & maintain the Password Manager.\nAssisting ATLs in day-to-day operations.\nQuality Assurance.\nProvide training to new team members and help them settle.\nBe open to learn new processes and work on new role as assigned.\nAttending all internal training/development sessions for personal/business growth.\nMentoring & Training Associates in day-to-day operations.
