Sales Operations Senior Analyst

This role sits at the core of sales operations execution, supporting end-to-end resale and order management processes for technology products and services. You will play a key role in enabling seamless deal execution by coordinating across sales, finance, vendors, and internal operations teams. The position involves managing the full lifecycle of resale opportunities-from offer creation and approvals to purchase orders, invoicing, and deal closure. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. The role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows. It is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven sales support environments.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for technology resale opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all stakeholders.
- Support sales teams in creating client offers, managing deal registrations, vendor onboarding, and documentation control.
- Coordinate approvals, purchase order requests, and invoicing processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and track resale opportunity pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce (MMS).
- Collaborate continuously with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Provide operational reporting, customized insights, and stakeholder support for ongoing deals and pipeline health.
- Develop expertise in resale tools, processes, and workflows, acting as a subject matter expert where required.
- Ensure accurate execution of booking, billing, and documentation across all resale transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent education/experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or similar support roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, deal lifecycle management, and operational workflows.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and remote or distributed environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of business finance basics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
