Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mendix Lead to design, build, and support secure, enterprise-grade Mendix apps for a leading banking client. The role requires hands-on expertise inMendix development, and secure API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Application Development: Design and build complex, scalable, and secure applications using Mendix Studio Pro, including domain models, XPath constraints, and custom widgets.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical workstreams, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural guidance.
• Integration: Develop and integrate third-party APIs (REST/SOAP), manage database interactions, and configure SSO.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers on best practices, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Process & Deployment: Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage CI/CD pipelines, and handle cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, Mendix Cloud).

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 8+ years of IT experience, and 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 3–4 end-to-end Mendix project implementations.
• Mendix Expertise: Proficiency in Microflows, Nanoflows, Data Model design, and security.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Java/JavaScript, SQL, and CSS.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
Certifications: Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer certification is highly preferred.
