Job Description

This role will be based out of the India IT Delivery Centre and will be responsible for driving AI adoption through upskilling employees, identifying high value use cases, and enabling consistent application of AI tools across the SDLC lifecycle. The role will operate as an influencer, creating a community of AI practitioners across IT Solutions Programs. While this role will report solid line to the India IT Delivery Centre Manager, the role will also matrix into GSC IT Solutions leaders responsible for innovation initiatives across IT.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Deliver measurable SDLC productivity improvement through AI-enabled practices, achieving equivalent or higher delivery output with reduced or stabilized headcount.
    • Accountable for driving AI adoption and to maximise associated efficiency gains across the SDLC by connecting and educating teams on bestinclass AI practices, and by sharing business use cases and tools across programs
    • Define structured learning pathways aligned to SDLC roles. Curate hands-on learning
    • Standardize best practices and tool usage across SDLC phase.
    • Build a community of AI practitioners across programs. Track and publish adoption metrics.
  2. Maximize business outcomes by industrializing reusable AI use cases and tools, fostering crossprogram reuse, and accelerating value realization while reducing duplicated efforts.
    • Partner with BU leaders, Section Leaders and Program Managers to identify high value AI opportunities and prioritize based on ROI (effort vs impact) and drive implementation
  3. Define, design, and deliver the target Agentic AIenabled SDLC, ensuring architectural robustness, scalable implementation, and tangible business value realization.

Qualifications

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery management, and transformation projects
  • Have relevant transformation experience driving AI adoption across the organization and led a community of AI practitioners.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale delivery programs.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks and applications.
  • Prove track record in partnering with business leaders to deploy sophisticated AI tools and systems at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of software development process and engineering workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive changes across teams.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills
